The Suburban SW12DEL Gas Water Heater offers dependable operation and low maintenance. With a 12,000 BTU/hour output and durable porcelain steel tank, this high-recovery unit also boasts foam insulation, a large diameter drain, and a replaceable anode rod to prevent electrolysis. The solid one-piece housing safeguards the controls and connections while still providing convenient accessibility for installation. It can seamlessly replace previous models and is compatible with all types of RVs.

The SW12DEL Model offers the added convenience of utilizing campground or generator power to efficiently heat water with its 1440-watt Incoloy electric element. This element boasts a speedy recovery rate of 6.1 gallons per hour, but for even faster recovery at 16.2 gallons per hour, you can simultaneously utilize both gas and electric power. With the included 12-volt relay switch, you can easily and remotely control the gas ignition and power of the water heater from the comfort of your RV.
