The Progressive Dynamics 4600 Series RV power converter offers patented Charge Wizard technology that can quickly recharge your battery to 90% capacity in just 2-3 hours. With a built-in Charge Wizard, the converter automatically selects one of four operating modes: BOOST, NORMAL, STORAGE, or DESULFATION. The BOOST mode operates at 14.4 Volts, rapidly bringing the RV battery to 90% charge. The NORMAL mode uses 13.6 Volts to safely complete the charging process. In STORAGE mode, the converter maintains charge at 13.2 Volts with minimal gassing or water loss. Additionally, the converter has a DESULFATION mode that operates at 14.4 Volts every 21 hours for 15 minutes to prevent battery stratification.
