Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders?
If you added Package Protection at checkout and the parcel is visibly damaged, you can refuse delivery., please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues.
Please report any damage discovered within 2 business days.
For non-transit related returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns accepted for full refund, excluding shipping, if item is unused. Note: There is a restocking fee of 25%. No refunds for items showing signs of wear. Refunds can take 7-14 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Visit Our Return Request Form Page
- Enter the information requested on the form.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
